Tom is an owner and managing partner of TSG and has been in the automation industry for over 25 years.  Specializing as a systems analyst in workflow management, his expertise lies in creating efficiencies in workflow processes using a variety of different automation vehicles.  As an owner and founder of IBT, a technology company specializing in AIDC offerings, he started a company in a fledgling industry from scratch and drove it to one of the most respected automation companies on the east coast. Tom has a BS in Business Marketing from the University of Maryland.

Russell is a co-owner in TSG and brings 35 years of experience in sales, marketing, and product development management. Russ successfully co-founded, managed and sold 4 small corporations. Russ also managed three high level corporate mergers, two of which culminated in successful IPOs. Russ has a BS in Business from Cal-State Northridge, a Master’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Phoenix, and completed post graduate work in Market Research at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Tracey joined our team in April, 2019. She has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of accounting, human resources, management and business administration, for both commercial and government industries.  Her pleasant nature, honesty, and vast skill sets are just a few of her valued qualities. Some personal interests include gaining new knowledge, kayaking, billiards, and spending time with family and friends. 

Kelly is a seasoned digital and social media specialist with an interest in building the most effective social media campaigns possible. For over 20 years, Kelly has worn many hats – communications intelligence specialist, programmer, office manager, web developer, web designer, social media strategist, data analyst, and researcher providing a unique ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and challenges.
